FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH TO ALL STUDENTS
AND COMMUNITY CHILDREN AGES 0-18

The Chaffee R-II School District will be offering FREE breakfast and lunch to all enrolled students in addition to children in the community ages 0-18. Meal pick-up for children in the community will be available at the elementary school kitchen door from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (Monday - Friday). Please ring the doorbell at the elementary kitchen door.

Full Pay Breakfast - $1.60
Reduced Breakfast - $.30
Full Pay Lunch $2.05

The deadline for families to submit a free and reduced-price meal application is on September 30, 2022. It is important for Chaffee Jr/Sr High School families to fill out and submit a Free and Reduced-Price School Meal Application and return them to the Jr/Sr High School office for the following reasons:
1. Help provide essential funding for our school
2. Become eligible for free school meals and potentially qualify for P-EBT
3. Receive discounted utilities and internet access
4. Become eligible for fee waivers for college applications & admissions tests (i.e. SATs, ACTs)
5. Become eligible for discounted school fees such as band instrument fees, textbook fees, athletic fees, technology fees, etc.
6. Receive benefits regardless of citizenship status
For more information, please see the program flyers below regarding the steps necessary to fill out a National School Lunch Program form and why you should apply. You can contact the Jr/Sr High School office (573-887-3226) if you have any questions. Please return your form no later than September 30, 2022.
